Hi! My name is Mattia and, contrary to popular belief, I'm not actually a table. I've always loved cooking and making videos (I even had a Vine account), and once the two passions met it seems like it was meant to be.

About Me

A very popular bread in South America originating in Paraguay - kinda hard to get the right consistency at first but this recipe should work!

Chipa - Paraguayan Cassava Bread

Make sure your butter is room temperature and beat it with the eggs until incorporated. Add the cheese and keep mixing.

Dissolve the salt in the milk and once melted add it to the same bowl with everything else. Now add the flour and knead until everything is well incorporated.

Make horseshoe shapes and place them on parchment paper. Bake at 220C for 20 minutes, until golden brown on the outside and still chewy in the middle. Enjoy!
